1. Store Cleanliness
From the outset of this pandemic, we implemented a more rigorous daily cleaning schedule. We use TOP PERFORMANCE 256 Disinfectant & Deodorizer which the EPA has approved as a disinfectant to kill the Covid-19 virus.
2. Personal Cleanliness
If you would like to wash your hands while in store, we have a sink, soap and paper towels. If you would like to wipe something down, we have wipes available.
3. Self-Dog Wash Area
Even before this pandemic, it has always been our practice to sanitize our Self-Wash area in between client use. In adhering to safe social distancing practice, we are limiting the Self-Wash area to 1 person at a time.
4. Grooming Area
Even before this pandemic, we maintained the highest level of cleanliness and sanitary conditions in our grooming area.
Our grooming area is limited to our groomers and your pets.
When you pull into our parking lot for your grooming appointment, simply call us and we will come out to your car to get your dog.
When your dog is ready for pickup, we will call you. Again, please call us when you are in our parking lot and we will bring your dog out to your car.
You can pay by credit or debit card (opt for an emailed reciept) or pay over the phone or pay by cash. We cannot accept checks at this time.
Our grooming area is cleaned and disinfected throughout the day including our grooming tables, equipment and kennels in between every pet service.
We use fresh sanitized towels for each dog at each state of grooming.
Per the CDC, to date there is NO evidence that pets can be infected or spread Covid-19.
5. Email Receipts
Credit card purchases will not require a signature. Opt to have an email receipt.
6. Free Delivery For Orders Of $50 Or More*
Last week we began offering free delivery of orders of $50 or more within a 5 mile radius of our locations. For delivery for order of $50 or more outside of the 5 mile radius, there is a $10 delivery fee. We are continuing to offer our delivery services.
7. Free Curbside Pickup
Last week we began offering free curbside pickup. We are continuing to do so. Please call ahead to place your order and please call ahead to let us know when you are on your way to pickup.
8. Please Be Flexible
We have been very busy making sure each and every one of our customers are taken care of.
– Please be flexible in booking grooming appointments
– Please be flexible in using our self-wash service
– Please be flexible in ordering your pet food & supplies. We are stocked in most of the brands we carry, however some brands may end up being low in stock. If that is the case, we can help you choose an alternate brand.
9. Stocking Up
If you feel the need to stock up on any pet foods or supplies, please call us ahead of time so that we may better manage our inventory levels for the benefit of everyone.
