Cancellation Policy
Please call us 24-48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. This gives us time to call another client waiting for an appointment. Failure to cancel with less than a 24 hours notice may result in the same day cancellation fee.
No Call – No Show
If you do not show for your appointment, a non-refundable $35 same day cancellation fee will be required to secure your next appointment. This does not apply to your grooming bill.
